Kris Markovich - A world renowned professional skateboarder and artist since the early 90’s. Whether it’s on a ladder with a can in his hand or on his skateboard out in the streets, Kris continues to push his art out to the world.
From creating large murals to skateboard graphics, Kris has been in the art and skateboard scene for over three decades. Traveling the world as a pro skateboarder, Kris has done skateboard graphics for many different company's throughout the years. You can find Kris' murals from the West Cost of America all the way to the Middle East Dubi UAE. Kris' largest mural still stands in San Diego, California at Harrah's Casino. Kris turned Pro in 1990 for Dogtown Skateboards. Kris' Transworld Magazine cover photo stands out among the rest with Kris' iconic artwork drawn on it. Kris is known for Tony Hawk's Tip Trick video in 2000 & Tony Hawk's Pro Skateboard Tour 2000-2003. In 2019 Kris and his wife Renee did a collab piece of mail for the Thrasher Mail Drop Book. Nowadays Kris sells his artwork on this site, is busy traveling doing murals, and working skate events like SPoT Skatepark of Tampa. He is currently working behind the scenes to release a guest deck with Strangelove Skateboards. Kris also rides for his local Saint Petersburg skate shop Anchor and has an Anchor guest artist board he designed. He also has his own artwork on his Kris Markovich wheel made by Acid Chemical Company.
